A springboard into the future of AI technologies
In the heart of Zurich, in the vibrant Circle, an event took place yesterday that was intended to bridge the gap between current uncertainties and new opportunities in the field of artificial intelligence (AI): the AI Icebreaker Day for Microsoft partners. Our experts Ralf Angermann and Marco Denzler were among the lucky participants who managed to secure one of the coveted places. A fully booked event that underlines the growing importance of and interest in advanced AI solutions.
A day dedicated to AI innovations
The AI Icebreaker Day provided an excellent platform to explore the latest developments and market trends in the field of artificial intelligence. The event provided an ideal opportunity to get up to speed with the latest technology and receive first-hand information from Microsoft. At the same time, Microsoft uses the exchange to learn from the partners about specific projects and use cases. We are very proud that we were able to share our AI know-how from projects for the public sector and companies in Switzerland and Germany.
The highlights of the day
The event program was wide-ranging and offered valuable insights for both technical experts and business and sales professionals. Here is a brief overview of the topics of the day:
- Andrew Reid gave an inspiring start to the day at the keynote with insights into the latest AI trends.
- AI Security Update:
The security landscape has changed massively with AI and in particular with GenAI (Generative AI). These new technologies have a massive impact on the way hackers, the business and IT security experts work. The Microsoft Security Copilot will provide a remedy. Unfortunately, this copilot is not yet publicly available. Here you can find more information about Microsoft Security Copilot. - In the Tech Track, the topics focused on technical aspects of AI such as building AI Copilots, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI Studio. The business track focused in particular on legal aspects and “make or buy” decisions for AI solutions from the Microsoft portfolio. This knowledge helps us to optimally accompany our customers on their AI journey.
A platform for AI know-how exchange
The AI Icebreaker Day not only served as a source of information, but also as a platform to exchange ideas with Microsoft and other partners. The event once again demonstrated the importance of collaboration and shared growth in the dynamic world of AI. The lively panel discussion made one thing very clear: since the release of ChatGPT in November 2022, the world of digitalization is no longer the same.
Our commitment and outlook
As a participant in this exclusive event, we at Online strive to continuously expand our expertise in the field of artificial intelligence. Our partnership with Microsoft forms a perfect basis that enables us to realize successful AI projects and support our customers as a competent partner. As a long-standing Microsoft partner, it is an absolute stroke of luck for us that our solution portfolio for digitalization and Microsoft Cloud has been supplemented by OpenAI’s AI solutions.
We can look back on a day full of learning opportunities and inspiring encounters and look forward to turning what we have learned into innovative solutions for our customers. The AI Icebreaker Day showed once again that the path to the future of technology is paved through collaboration and continuous training.
With this in mind, we would like to thank all the organizers and participants for an unforgettable day and are already looking forward to the next steps in this exciting journey through the world of artificial intelligence.
