In July 2025, Andreas Dammann celebrates a remarkable anniversary: 25 years as a #proudOnliner! As a software engineer, he is an indispensable part of our team who has helped shape the last two decades, achieved important milestones and created valuable memories.

Special moments and successes
The constant learning process and continuous development that Andreas has undergone over the last 25 years at Online have shaped him both professionally and personally. A notable moment in his career was the certification in Power BI, which he passed with flying colors. This once again underlined his ability to constantly develop himself further and to dedicate himself to new tasks with commitment and perseverance.
The soundtrack to his professional career
If Andreas had to put his professional journey to music, it would be calm sounds that represent the balance and serenity with which he masters his day-to-day work. “Calm music reminds me how important balance is in professional life – especially in hectic times,” he explains. A fitting soundtrack for a professional who always keeps a cool head.
A look at another specialist area
If Andreas could work in another department for a limited period of time, he would choose HR. “I would find it exciting to experience the recruitment process up close. It’s a world that’s still foreign to me,” he says, showing his curiosity to gain new perspectives.
Motivation through the corporate culture
A particular highlight for Andreas is the annual “Polish Week”, which gives him a valuable opportunity to meet his colleagues in Wroclaw in person. “It has shown me how important the exchange and mutual understanding between the teams and cultures is. These trips not only promote cooperation, but also strengthen team spirit,” explains Andreas.
Three terms that characterize his time with us
If Andreas had to describe his time at Online Consulting with just three adjectives, he would choose “accepted, curious and supported”. These words perfectly summarize his experiences and his positive development within the company. They reflect how he feels integrated into the AI Solutions team and how he has continued to grow with the support of his colleagues.
