During an initial, non-binding interview, you will get to know Online as an employer, gain initial insights into our culture and find out more details about your potential new job with us.
After a positive interim decision, you will receive an invitation to Wil to get to know your potential workplace, your colleagues and also your supervisor.

If we need more time to make a decision, you will receive an interim decision in any case.
If the feedback is positive on both sides, we will make you an offer.
