The pages are clearly laid out and users can quickly find relevant content at the click of a mouse. For detailed information on specific categories, use the “contact points” search field. After entering the zip code or topic, the right contact is automatically found. Once the information has been found, the user can download it as a PDF and save it.

The online platform was developed on the basis of Adobe Experience Manager and uses Microsoft Translator to automatically translate the pages. Thanks to the prominent language switch, the user can easily select the desired language on each page and call up the information as a PDF in the corresponding translation. As the content is available at all times and presented in several languages, standard inquiries are reduced and employees have more time for other activities.
