Standard functionalities used intelligently
Our solution approach for an effective and efficient Q-Management moves as far as possible on standard functionalities of Sharepoint Online. This allows you to implement this solution within your existing Microsoft product world – without additional licensing costs. Depending on requirements, precise graphical evaluation options can be optionally licensed, e.g. using Microsoft PowerBI.
Simple and intuitive navigation structure
A system finds great acceptance in a company when it covers all functional aspects as well as being easy to use for the end user. SharePoint offers a wide range of navigation options. Ease of use various options.
Flyout navigation: In the upper area of the SharePoint page, you can use this navigation to generate a simple and clear structure. Whether structured by company/sub-company, process or sub-process; you can change the structure resp. customize the outline according to your needs.
Graphical navigation: The representation of a process house on the home page is highly recommended to apply an intuitive navigation. Various tools are supported for creating the graphics:
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Visio
- Database-driven tool (e.g. Viflow)
Search navigation: With this implemented search function in SharePoint you can also navigate to the desired page by entering a search term.
With these three navigation tools, the content can be accessed in different ways.
Document control – the central element
The core of our QM solution is the central document control. Document control ensures clean versioning and prevents circulation of unreleased documents.
Various functions guarantee a safe handling of your Q-Management data. For example
- Automatic versioning of the documents
- Release process
- Dynamic header and footer of the documents
- Versioning log
- Publishing PDF files
- etc.
Integrated measures management
Further processes can be optimally managed by means of Sharepoint lists. For example
- Audits
- Risk Management
- CIP (Continuous Improvement Process)
These lists can be displayed both in list view and in tile view. For each of these processes, measures can be displayed or taken. be recorded. The measures of all these processes can be summarized in a central list and displayed e.g. as a clearly arranged Kanban board.
Work without media discontinuity in Microsoft Teams
Using Microsoft Viva, the application can also be displayed directly in Microsoft Teams. This allows you to work from one tool without jumping to a browser. Likewise, in collaborative teams, the respective valid process documents can be displayed directly.
