The switch to the online version brings new benefits. Among other things, the registration and administration process for customer access has been significantly optimized. More efficient views for customers, projects and tasks provide a better overview of upcoming tasks. The migration to the cloud also reduces the operating costs of the solution and enables enhancements through custom low-code and no-code integrations, detailed evaluations and more targeted access protection.

  • Simple user administration per project: Users can assign and manage roles and authorizations independently and on a project-specific basis via an intuitive user interface.
  • Individual favoriting of customers and projects: Users mark their favorite customers and projects for faster access.
  • Overviews with search and filter functions for customers, projects and pending items: These functions make it easier to navigate and find relevant information.
  • Notification service for new and revised pending items: Affected users are notified promptly of changes to pending tasks. This improves the flow of information and can reduce response times.
  • Structured registration with approval and invitation process for new guest accounts (M365): The structured process ensures security and efficiency.
  • Overview of all guest accounts incl. Status for internal users A clear overview of all guest accounts and their status makes management and monitoring easier. Not only for administrators.
