What innovation will the 2023 release Wave 2 bring?<\/h3>\n\n

In the future, Dynamics 365 Sales <\/strong>will offer an AI-generated account summary<\/a> that provides important information about customers such as buying behavior or mood. In addition, loading updates<\/a> in the Sales Acceleration form enables faster navigation to new records by loading only relevant data.<\/p>\n\n

Dynamics 365 Customer Service<\/strong> now includes built-in configuration integrity checking<\/a> to identify and resolve potential issues in the customer service system. Further, records<\/a> can be pinned and unpinned in the timeline to make important information such as notes or emails more easily accessible.<\/p>\n\n

PowerApps<\/strong> unveils a new look and feel<\/a> for model-driven Power Apps that provides a more modern and consistent user experience. Besides, Copilot<\/a> is an intelligent assistant that allows you to write formulas from natural language or commands to create apps faster and easier.<\/p>\n\n

PowerBI<\/strong> now offers author calculation groups<\/a> to apply complex calculations to multiple metrics without having to create multiple DAX measures. Additionally, you can use the query view<\/a> in Power BI Desktop to make DAX queries to retrieve and transform data from various sources.<\/p>\n\n

With Power Virtual Agent <\/strong>, you’ll now use internal SharePoint content<\/a> as a source for generative responses built with AI to make chatbots more relevant and useful. Newly, the Bot Framework bots<\/a> can be integrated with Power Virtual Agents to add advanced features such as speech or image recognition.<\/p>\n\n

Microsoft Dataverse<\/strong> serves as a central database of structured data in the Microsoft Cloud. With the new updates, custom business logic can be created with low-code plug-ins<\/a> to perform custom actions when data is changed. In addition, adaptive scalability<\/a> for power platform dataflows enables more efficient and faster processing of large data volumes.<\/p>\n\n
