What you bring with you

HR training? Check! Your foundation in the HR field is solid, reinforced by further education & passion.
Rich HR experience: You have been actively shaping the HR world for at least three years, with a special passion for recruiting.
Organizational masterpiece: Your organizational ability is more than just a talent, it’s your business card.
Digital native: The digital world is your second home – MS Office, Teams, ChatGPT, and ideally Vertec are everyday tools for you, not foreign words.
Fluent in German & English: You communicate so confidently & fluently that even word acrobats are amazed.
