The dashboard can be individually adapted to the company. The processes can be found via navigation, search or a graphically displayed process house.
Automatic document routing
Thanks to the integration of Power Automate, all processes are managed automatically - from revision to release and subsequent distribution of information within the company. This ensures clean versioning and prevents the circulation of unreleased documents.
Intelligent search function
Documents and processes can be easily found in the search center. The search can be refined using filters and always leads to the current version. The display of the search results can also be customized.
AI integration with Microsoft Copilot
We integrate Microsoft's AI Copilot and feed it with all the data from quality management. In this way, employees can conveniently query the entire company's knowledge via chatbot - as is familiar from ChatGPT.

For the graphical representation of processes, we can integrate BPMN.io directly into the quality management system.
Depending on the implementation, the solution can be used only to draw the graphics or to map the complete navigation including the process landscape in a site (SharePoint site).

A QR code is now listed on every document.
