An anniversary event full of innovative power
The 25th Business Forum of the Zurich Airport Region FRZ provided the perfect setting to bundle the topics of innovation, leadership and future technology. Over 900 guests gathered at The Circle Convention Center to experience high performance and exchange ideas with inspiring personalities. For the Online Group, this event was an excellent opportunity to showcase our expertise in AI and agency business processes.
Our PowerSession as a prelude to AI enthusiasm
The PowerSessions opened the afternoon at 2.00 pm. Our session entitled “ChatGPT & Copilot are just the beginning – high performance is created with AI agents” met with particularly great interest. A well-filled room showed how much companies are currently looking for guidance on how to use AI not just selectively, but strategically and effectively.

Data that provides orientation: Insights from 400 Swiss companies
A key element of our session was the AI Readiness Check, which we carried out at over 400 Swiss companies. The resulting benchmarks clearly show where organizations stand and in which areas the greatest levers for measurable progress lie. This database gave the participants a realistic picture of their own starting position.
Practical examples that make the benefits of AI agents visible
The practical examples from realized projects were particularly impressive. Whether global dealer support at BERNINA, knowledge automation at SOLTOP or AI agents that take over offers, job references or customer inquiries. We showed how AI is already taking over real tasks and accelerating processes in Swiss companies today.

Expertise that creates trust
Marco Denzler, Ralf Angermann and Sandro Hürsch, three proven experts who combine strategic know-how with in-depth technical understanding and operational project experience, took to the stage. They explained how companies can move from co-pilot entry to agent-based, automated business processes and what organizational requirements are necessary for this.

Inspiration from politics, sport and science
After the PowerSessions, the business forum started at 3.30 pm with meet and match discussions and our exhibition stand, before the official main program opened at 5.00 pm.
André Ingold, President of the FRZ, and Managing Director Rahel Kindermann Leuthard welcomed the guests to the anniversary forum. Government Councillor Ernst Stocker addressed the participants and emphasized the economic importance of the airport region.

A great highlight followed with the keynote speech by Prof. Dr. Thilo Stadelmann from the ZHAW Centre for AI, who showed how responsible AI use sustainably connects people and technology under the title “Prohuman AI”.
The subsequent panel “Defeats and comebacks” offered valuable insights from top-class sport. Belinda Bencic, Michelle Heimberg and Dr. Christoph Joho took to the stage to impressively explain how discipline, resilience and team spirit contribute to top performance.
Another highlight was the presentation of the FRZ Excellence Award and the gripping keynote speech by adventurer and film producer Marc Hauser, who focused on courage and pioneering spirit.
The evening ended with a generous aperitif riche, which provided the perfect setting for in-depth discussions and new contacts.
A trade fair stand full of exchange with aperitifs and a good atmosphere
After the PowerSessions and again after the main program, the Online Group stand was a central meeting point for visitors. Many valuable discussions about digitalization, AI and organizational transformation took place over aperitifs and delicious drinks.

The direct exchange with the PowerSession speakers was particularly popular. Managers and specialists took the opportunity to ask individual questions and talk about specific challenges and possible solutions. The focus was on topics such as Copilot for Microsoft 365, data quality, process automation and getting started with AI agents.
The AI Readiness Check, which helps companies to assess their level of maturity, also attracted a great deal of attention. Anyone who completes the check by December 8 will also be entered into a prize draw to win the LEGO® “Millennium Falcon” from the “Collector Series “Ultimate Collector Series”, a real highlight of the day.
Win the “Millenium Falcon” from the LEGO® “Ultimate Collector Series” worth CHF 900!

High performance comes from the interaction between humans and AI
The 25th Business Forum impressively demonstrated where the journey is heading. Companies don’t just want to talk about AI, they want to use it. And they want to understand how AI agents are redefining business processes. The Online Group is ready to shape this path together with you.
