A complete success in collaboration with Digital Liechtenstein
On Tuesday, 16 September 2025, our webinar “What AI agents really do and how they work with Microsoft 365 Copilot” took place, organized together with Digital Liechtenstein. With almost 400 participants, we set a new record and proved how great the interest in practical insights into the world of AI is.
Exciting speakers with a practical focus
The program was led by our experts Sandro Hürsch (Copilot Lead & Consultant) and Ralf Angermann (Head of AI Solutions). Both provided specific answers to questions such as: What distinguishes AI agents from classic copilots, and how can companies use them? The webinar was supplemented by an impulse from our CEO Switzerland, Marco Denzler, who showed why every company should be looking at AI agents today.
Why AI agents are in focus right now
The Microsoft Work Trend Index clearly shows that employees are faced with a daily flood of interruptions and tasks that exceed their capacities. AI agents close precisely this gap. They take on routine tasks, act autonomously or in close collaboration with teams and thus increase productivity and innovation.
Copilot and AI Agents, an unbeatable combination
The webinar made it clear that Microsoft 365 Copilot is the interface, while AI agents automate the business processes in the background. In other words, every employee benefits from a Copilot, every process is transformed by AI agents. This clear distribution of roles opens up an orchestrated ecosystem for companies, ranging from simple automation to complex, intelligent workflows.
Live demo with stage fright
The planned live demos of application scenarios with AI agents were a highlight. As can happen in real live sessions, Sandro Hürsch’s laptop showed a little stage fright and unfortunately crashed shortly before the second live demo. We deliberately rely on live demonstrations because we want to show how a system or, in this case, an agent really works. Instead of perfectly staged glossy videos, live demos provide authentic insights, even if something doesn’t work straight away. Because even in the digital age, not everything is perfect, and that is precisely what makes such sessions so valuable.
Nevertheless, Sandro managed to successfully present the Analyst Agent and thus illustrate the performance of agents in data-based analysis. Ralf Angermann also showed other exciting scenarios, including the Quotation Creation Agent, which impressively demonstrated how AI agents can accelerate business processes in sales. Anyone who would like to experience Sandro’s unusual demo live is welcome to contact him directly.
Take-aways that stick from AI Agents
Three core statements became particularly clear, which were also emphasized in the presentation:
- New thinking: processes can be designed faster, better and more automatically with AI agents.
- Collaboration of the future: in future, successful companies will rely on teams in which people and AI agents work hand in hand.
- Copilot as a control center: Copilot is not only the interface, but also the orchestration of the entire AI agent ecosystem
Interactive Q&A session with record attendance
The participants were extremely engaged, and so many questions were asked in the concluding Q&A session that there was almost not enough time. This direct exchange underlines how relevant and practical the topic is.

Looking to the future, how agents are changing companies
A central topic was the development of organizations in the coming years. This transformation can be described in three phases:
- People with assistants – employees use Copilot for personal tasks.
- Human-agent teams – employees work side by side with AI agents.
- Humans lead, agents execute – AI agents take on tasks independently, while humans provide the framework and direction.
This shows that AI agents are not a short-term fad, but will have a lasting impact on everyday working life.
Game changer for everyday business
The webinar impressively demonstrated that AI agents are far more than just a buzzword. They are a crucial building block for the future of work and significantly expand the possibilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot. The record attendance of almost 400 people shows how strong the interest in this development is.
If you want to find out more about how AI agents can be used in your own company, our experts Sandro Hürsch and Ralf Angermann are the right people to talk to.
