Our Solution Architect Krzysztof celebrates his 5th anniversary at the Online Group
Since 01.02.2019 Krzysztof is one of our stars in our P4I team! With his cheerful, open and helpful manner, he not only brings good vibes, but also huge commitment and an impressive skillset. He is not just a team member, but a real power-up source for our company. Krzysztof – our superhero in the P4I universe!
What has been the most memorable moment or event over the past few years at Online?
Oh, the most memorable experience at Online? Without a doubt, it was the legendary customer workshop in Chicago. Imagine a room that vibrates with energy, where each individual is an important part of a large puzzle. I was there, not just as a developer, but as part of brilliant minds. Together, we plunged into the event storming session, each of us contributing our unique skillset. The atmosphere was infectious – laughter, intense discussions and moments of sheer brilliance. The workshop was proof of what we can achieve when we all pull together. On this day, we not only collected requirements; we created a masterpiece of collaboration. It was teamwork at its best and I was thrilled to be a part of it.
When you look back on your time at the company, what three adjectives would best describe how you felt during that time?
- Challenging: Every day brought new problems to solve and pushed me to expand my skills and think creatively. Whether it was developing innovative solutions or adapting to changing technologies, I felt constantly driven to exceed my own expectations.
- Fulfilling: There is a deep sense of satisfaction when projects are successfully completed, especially those that have had a significant impact on our customers. Being part of a team that turns ideas into reality was incredibly satisfying.
- Inspiring: Working with talented colleagues and interacting with diverse customers has been a continuous source of inspiration. Their expertise, enthusiasm and dedication have motivated me to develop further.
If you could choose one element of the corporate culture that has inspired you the most, what would it be and why?
The most inspiring element of our corporate culture is the authentic feeling of community and friendship. It goes beyond just teamwork; it’s not just about working together, it’s about building real, lasting relationships. The trust and friendship here has encouraged me to take risks, innovate and grow both professionally and personally. This sense of belonging and mutual support has really shaped my experience at the company and made it a unique and rewarding place to work.
