An innovative afternoon in Bendern
On September 30, 2025, Digital Liechtenstein hosted the second AI Summit in Bendern. The event was hosted by LGT Bank, which opened its doors to over 150 participants interested in the latest developments in artificial intelligence. Right from the start, it was clear that expectations were high, the atmosphere was excellent and there was great interest in concrete insights.
Our contribution as an online group
It was a special occasion for us at the Online Group. Our experts Ralf Angermann and Fabienne Bouffé took to the stage to show how companies benefit from real applications under the title “AI projects that work – practical experience”. The focus was not on visions or showcases, but on real customer projects – with live demos directly from the field.

From buzzword to impact
The core of our message is clear: AI must not remain a buzzword, but must have an impact where it makes a difference. Organizations rarely move at the speed of technology, which is why it is crucial to involve employees at an early stage, build up know-how and make the benefits transparent. Sustainable change can only be achieved if technology and culture go hand in hand.
Real projects, tangible results
We used examples to guide the audience through the world of our projects. Particularly impressive was the BERNINA “Mate” project, an AI agent that supports over 2000 retailers worldwide and makes daily work easier with intelligent answers. However, other solutions – from automated quotation creation and smart HR tools to specialized agents for order entry or tender processes – also illustrated the wide range of possible applications. The response in the hall made it clear that such examples are in tune with the times.

Diversity and exchange
The entire event was characterized by a great mix of expert contributions, all of which highlighted the potential of AI from different perspectives. The organization by Digital Liechtenstein was excellent, the line-up of speakers cleverly chosen and the presentations always practical. Above all, however, it was the audience that made the exchange lively with many questions and noticeable interest. At the concluding drinks reception, the discussions continued intensively and new contacts were made – a sign that the topic of AI has long since become not only a technological but also a social issue.

Our conclusion
For us, the Summit will be remembered as an afternoon full of energy, valuable discussions and genuine enthusiasm for the possibilities that AI is already opening up today. We are proud to have demonstrated our expertise on this stage and to have given companies a tangible impression of what is possible with artificial intelligence.
For us, AI is no longer a promise for the future. It is a reality – and we look forward to continuing to accompany companies on their journey and working together to implement projects that work.
