Balz shared very personal insights into our development and told us which steps had worked particularly well and which unexpected turns had helped us move forward.

The summit was organized by the Swiss Chamber of Commerce Central Europe SEC, together with the ZHAW School of Management and Law, Mindit and other committed partners such as the Greater Zurich Area. This alliance ensured a program that combined academic depth, practical business experience and international networking. The B2Match platform led to discussions that laid the foundations for cross-border projects and new collaborations.

Switzerland is facing a challenge that every industry is feeling. According to the Swiss Skills Shortage Index 2024, there will be a shortage of over forty thousand IT specialists by 2030.
