A warm welcome to the team, Jan!
We’re pleased to welcome Jan Niederhauser as our newest #proudOnliner. As a Copilot Lead and Consultant, he advises our clients on M365 Copilot and AI topics and supports them through workshops and training all the way through to rollout and adoption. Thanks to his experience in the M365 ecosystem, he has an in-depth understanding of how Microsoft products work together and helps us further develop our AI expertise in a targeted manner.
What inspires Jan, where does he feel drawn to, and what superpower would he like to have? We asked him.
What was the most interesting book you’ve read in the last few months, and what particularly fascinated you about it?
With my part-time studies, I don’t have much time right now to read entire books. However, «The Alchemist» – a fairy tale about self-discovery and fulfillment – really stuck with me. Other than that, I mostly read articles about AI and innovation.
If you could choose a superpower, which one would you pick, and how would you use it?
I suppose I’d like to be able to stop time. Although I assume that every age has its own merits, I’d like to stay in my 20s for a little while longer.
If you had the opportunity to participate in a social project of your choice for a week, what kind of project would you choose, and why?
I would choose a reforestation project. The forest captures the clouds, generates and stores rain, and thus becomes a source of drinking water for entire villages once again. I think it’s amazing that this creates a self-sustaining cycle.
If you could acquire a skill or trait from an animal, which one would you choose, and how would you use it in your life?
I’d love to be able to fly. Or climb through the treetops like a lemur. Freedom of movement and a broad perspective are important to me.
What’s the most adventurous place you’ve ever visited?
Sailing in Thailand was a particularly adventurous experience for me: limestone cliffs rising straight out of the sea, and anchorages with no roads or cell service. But there are adventures closer to home, too, for example, on the via ferrata in Braunwald.
Moving Forward Together with New Perspectives
Jan brings not only expertise in Copilot and AI, but also curiosity, a spirit of adventure, and a passion for exploring new perspectives. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to working with him to drive exciting client projects forward.
