Welcome to our team, Fabienne!
Fabienne Bouffé is joining us with immediate effect as an AI Consultant with a focus on digital innovation and business transformation. Thanks to her extensive expertise and many years of project management skills, she will play a key role in shaping our clients’ digital processes in a future-oriented way.
Focus on artificial intelligence and digitalization
In her position, Fabienne will actively support companies in integrating innovative AI solutions into their business processes – from strategic consulting to practical implementation. She will also look after our customers in order to provide them with the best possible support for their digital projects.
International experience and project management
As an experienced project manager and consultant, Fabienne has worked internationally. As a certified project manager with multilingual skills, she works in a very structured way and develops customized solutions for the specific requirements of our customers.
Sound background
With an academic background in business psychology and business administration, Fabienne has a deep understanding of the technical, psychological and entrepreneurial aspects of digitalization. She applies this knowledge to projects in a targeted manner in order to achieve sustainable success.
Enthusiasm for new things
Outside of work, Fabienne shows just as much energy and openness. She loves discovering new cultures by traveling and pursuing her enthusiasm for salsa. This dynamism and curiosity also characterize her professional approach – always committed and ready to take on new challenges.

What is your favorite quote or motto that inspires you?
«Vivir es un arte» (life is an art) is my favorite quote. I imagine life as a creative picture that I am constantly painting and hope to be able to look at with pride for hours on end.
If you had the opportunity to take part in a social project of your choice for a week, what kind of project would you choose and why?
I think I would campaign for gender equality. Maybe even in Switzerland, because according to the WEF report, we are only in 20th place compared to other countries.
Is there an unfulfilled goal – or a crazy activity on your bucket list – that you still want to achieve in your life?
My wishes and goals probably don’t all fit into one lifetime, but it’s good to have some for afterwards 😉 For example, a trip to Japan is relatively high on my list 🙂
