New Executive Board members drive growth strategy
The Online Group strengthens its Board of Directors with three experienced personalities. The newly elected board members are convinced that the Online Group will further expand its digital business and strengthen its competencies thanks to its innovative energy. This manpower will help our company to implement our growth strategy in a targeted manner.
Peter Sany, an internationally experienced industry leader and thought leader in digital transformation, was newly elected to the Board of Directors. He is an Executive Advisor at Zoom and Executive CIO Advisor at Deloitte. Peter Sany has extensive experience as CIO of large organizations as well as CEO of SME consulting companies.
Matthias Niess is a financial expert with many years of practical experience. He works as a Director at ZETRA International AG, is an economist HWV and has 35 years of experience in turn-around consulting (especially financial management and implementation) as well as mergers & acquisitions (especially due diligence).
Another new member of the board is Michael Kammerer, member of the executive board and long-time Head of Microsoft Competence/Business Unit Manager at Online Consulting AG in Wil. As a specialist for Microsoft Cloud, he has a large network and long-standing relationships with well-known customers.
Balz Zürrer, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Online Group, is pleased to have three more entrepreneurial strategists at his side with the new members. Thanks to these new impulses, the Online Group can further develop digital business and innovative process solutions for important growth areas.
Hans-Peter Schär, founding member of Online Consulting AG, will retire from the Board of Directors after 26 years. Hans-Peter was one of the visionary co-founders of Online in the early days of the Internet. He also shaped the development of our subsidiary in Poland.
We sincerely thank Hans-Peter for his commitment. We have greatly appreciated his knowledge and contribution to the company’s success over the years.
