Congratulations on the 10th anniversary of the company
We congratulate Jennifer Banas on her anniversary and are proud to celebrate 10 years with the company. Jenny started in 2012 as a team assistant in the back office in Wil.
For a decade #proudonliner
Jenny is a real all-rounder. Whether as support in the back office, in marketing & sales, in accounting or in HR – she works flexibly and with commitment everywhere.
The 31 year old supported the management, the project and team leaders as well as our systems team in administrative matters for six years. She also managed accounts receivable and performed accounting tasks.
After her first maternity leave in 2019, Jenny returned to us as an Assistant PreSales and Marketing Business Consultant. After the birth of her second child, she started as an HR assistant and now works part-time as a sales and back office assistant.
Diversity of tasks and team cohesion
Jenny is a real multi-talent. Currently, the focus is on administrative tasks in the sales area, including campaigns for existing customers. Equally, she is the first point of contact for customers – whether by phone or in person – and the organizer of our great employee events.
In addition to the variety of tasks, Jenny attaches great importance to team cohesion, which she actively promotes. It is close to her heart that there is a healthy exchange among each other and that people show appreciation for each other.
She particularly enjoys the annual employee events. One of their highlights in 10 years online was the team event in Berlin, which we were able to experience together with our Polish colleagues.
Jenny is always in “action
The dynamism she values at work is also reflected in her personal life. True to the motto “To live is to experience”, Jenny travels a lot with her husband and their two children to discover the world as a foursome. She likes to laugh a lot, dance and just be crazy. Music is a constant companion for Jenny.
Jenny is for me the best example of a #proudOnliner. She combines two very valuable qualities in her person: a consistently positive personality and a very high level of reliability. As a result, each of our employees enjoys working with Jenny. She is also a valued contact person for our customers.
