On March 20, 2025, we held an exciting webinar together with Smarter Thurgau: “AI@Lunch – How to use Microsoft 365 Copilot for your personal productivity”. Over 120 participants logged in to find out how Copilot in Microsoft 365 can provide concrete support in everyday life. Our CEO Balz Zürrer and our Copilot expert Sandro Hürsch led the webinar and demonstrated live how Copilot can help you work faster, more securely and more creatively.
Why we are convinced: Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a real game changer
At the Online Group, we use Microsoft 365 Copilot ourselves – out of conviction. Every single one of our employees works with Copilot. We also use the Pro version of ChatGPT to get the maximum benefit from generative AI. Our goal: solutions that make our customers more productive, save time and open up new possibilities – without compromising on security and data protection.

In the webinar, we showed a statistic that is particularly important to us: 75% of people already use AI at work today. Of these, 78% bring their own tools. Build your own agents – even without IT expertise
Many participants found the demo of our Copilot agents particularly exciting. With just a few clicks, you can build chatbots that specifically access your own content (e.g. SharePoint documents). Whether for FAQs, internal guidelines or complex databases – agents make knowledge easy to use. And best of all, they can be created without any prior technical knowledge.
