Digital transformation with Microsoft 365 – The Liechtenstein state administration relies on our expertise in the Microsoft Cloud
We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract to implement the Microsoft 365 Template Engine as part of the “LLV Modern Workplace”. This allows us to support the Liechtenstein State Administration (LLV) on its digital transformation journey with our Microsoft Cloud expertise.
A modern workplace for digital administration
With around 1,100 employees in 42 offices and staff units, the LLV is a central institution of the country. In addition to the ministries, it also includes the courts, the national police and diplomatic representations abroad. With its modern working culture – characterized by Microsoft 365 technologies, flexible working models, location-independent working and governance principles – the LLV creates an efficient and future-oriented working environment. The “LLV Modern Workplace” enables employees to work together in a secure, structured and efficient manner, regardless of their location.
Governance and structure for Microsoft 365 – Why a template engine?
With the introduction of the Microsoft 365 Template Engine with our online Microsoft Teams Manager, LLV will further optimize its digital governance. Structured processes, clear templates and automated workflows ensure standardized and efficient team communication and secure content management. Such an approach not only strengthens adherence to compliance requirements, but also creates a clear structure for digital collaboration – a crucial factor for public administrations that rely on transparency, traceability and efficiency.
Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Teams Governance as part of the Modern Workplace
In addition to the Microsoft 365 Template Engine, well thought-out governance for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams is another important building block for sustainable digitalization. With Teams Manager, we offer a comprehensive solution for the automated administration and governance of Microsoft Teams.
