Task management plan and execute assigned tasks with preview of sequence steps
The “Next” widget improves the sales process by allowing sales reps to follow the steps of a sequence workflow in entity forms. It supports multiple sequences for teamwork and ensures a consistent user experience by previewing all assigned sequence steps. This facilitates the planning and execution of tasks and ensures uniform handling of manual activities.

Notification management notifying salespeople and sales managers after the assignment rule has been executed
Unassigned leads or sales opportunities can delay the sales process and lead to losses. Sales managers and administrators use notifications to quickly resolve assignment errors and increase automation effectiveness. These notifications provide sellers with immediate information about new assignments, allowing them to prioritize their work. The settings allow you to customize the notifications for successful assignments and the reporting of assignment errors.

Assignment of leads & sales opportunities
Sales managers can optimize work on priority leads by adjusting salespeople’s capacity limits to business needs. This feature enables the automatic assignment of the most important leads while limiting the number of low-priority leads per salesperson to maximize their productivity. Administrators or sales managers can define capacity profiles, apply capacity limits, configure allocation rules and keep track of unallocated leads to act accordingly.

Multiple case creation Create multiple cases from emails sent to multiple mailboxes
By creating requests for emails in all enabled mailboxes, agents get a complete overview and can respond directly to customer issues. This practice avoids response delays, improves case processing time and prevents breaches of service level agreements. Emails lead to separate cases for each mailbox, with the ability for agents to respond independently via the case timeline. Replies to emails are linked to the corresponding requests, whereby new requests are created for additionally integrated mailboxes.

Enhanced attachment handling more options for e-mail attachments
The enhanced email attachments feature makes it easier for agents to add attachments via drag & drop, increases productivity and avoids forgetting attachments by reminding them when they are mentioned in the email body or subject. It allows you to easily copy and paste attachments between emails, manage attachments in bulk, view attachment sizes, switch between views and export attachment details. It also supports attaching files before saving an email to optimize the handling of attachments.

By using the filter function for Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, customer service employees receive relevant and precise results based on knowledge articles and customer information. This optimizes agent productivity and improves customer satisfaction by saving time.

Copilot Easy use of Copilot in Canvas apps
Copilot is activated by default in Canvas apps that are connected to Microsoft Dataverse and does not require any special configuration. Microsoft is expanding Copilot to more apps and users to simplify access to data-driven insights.
